"NP was so kind and caring. Had a great experience. Thank you!!"
"NP said she would see me if I wanted her to but she wouldn't test for anything nor give antibiotics. I went to be seen for a very sore throat lasting more than two days. I would have expected and wanted a strep test. She said she would look in my ears, etc but that was all she would do. I left and will not return."
"Arrived and signed in right at 8:30 (opening time), it showed a wait time of 0 minutes. It's now 8:55, the sign still says "closed", no one has been seen, and we'll probably leave without being seen, as no one can provide an update to when the clinic might actually open. Was really pleased my first visit (in end out in led than half an hour and great bedside manner), but this one let me down in a big way."
"My first visit was great. I was seen on time, got good, complete, competent treatment, and left with the medicines I needed. This was to have been my second visit but I walked out without being seen. I signed in at 8:35 am for an 8:50 am appt. Two people registered ahead of me. They took the first woman without an appt. which pushed my appt. to 20 minutes late. When they called my name, the second woman said she had signed in before me and wanted to be seen first. She said it wasn't her fault that no appts. were available before 9:30 am. They took her first so I left and won't go back. Not sure what appts. are for if people are served on first come first serve basis."
"I was feeling absolutely horrible and when I went in to see PA Wagner she was the best. She tested me for the flu which I tested positive for and prescribed Tamiflu and cough medication for me which is working, slowly but surely. The next time I am ever sick I will certainly return here. The best in care and I felt so relieved to find out why I was so ill. Thank you CVS Minute Clinic and thank you Ms. Wagner!"
