New Season Treatment Center – Savannah
About the Business
New Season Treatment Center – Savannah is a health institution located at 145 Southern Boulevard in Savannah, Georgia, United States. We are proud to offer an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at various Treatment Centers in West Palm Beach, Jacksonville, Orlando, Mid Florida, Duval, and Vero Beach.
Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, combined with counseling, is highly effective in helping individuals recover from opioid dependence. We address both legal and illicit opioids such as codeine, heroin, and fentanyl. One of the main advantages of MAT is that patients can continue with their work, family, and social obligations while receiving treatment, allowing them to learn to cope and heal within their existing circumstances.
Methadone is a key medication used in our MAT program, proven to be highly effective in treating withdrawal symptoms and cravings without causing impairment. Additionally, buprenorphine and Suboxone are safe and effective medications approved for clinical use. Counseling plays a crucial role in achieving long-lasting success, helping patients understand the nature of addiction and develop resilient plans for improvement in all aspects of their lives.
At New Season Treatment Center – Savannah, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive and effective treatment for opioid addiction, with a focus on both the physiological and psychological components of the disease. Our goal is to help individuals achieve lasting recovery and improve their overall well-being.

I always thought she was kind of hard but tough love is what some people need. Thank you, Sonya. and I can’t forget about Mary thank you guys you just don’t know this Saturday would have been hard the weekend. We have been hard but you guys thank you"
"Where does one start? I'll start here, the TRUTH, If you want to know about New Seasons (Savannah GA location) listen up. I am a (6) year patient of this Clinic, and I have seen the New Season Savannah Clinic, go though at least four Project Director's Four+ Peer support Coordinators, and over ten+ counselors, and I lost count of the prior nurses! With that said let's hit the raw facts New seasons of Savannah GA, is now running smoother than I have ever seen it run in my six year at this clinic. OUR current Project Director is leaps and bounds above the three that came before her. Mrs. Sonya Minor-Herron, has not only turned the sails all the way around at her clinic, she even sees patients, does treatment plans, then she has her mountain of task just being a Project Director. So lets please clear the air. Anyone who complains about New Seasons of Savannah GA. Clinic, over a 20 min dose time, or the Clinic being busy??? Let me inform you Before Mrs. Sonya the dose times would be over a hour if you were lucky, that's if there was even a nurse on shift. In my personal opinion as I stated New Seasons of Savannah is well balanced, treatment focused and care oriented and is in the BEST running order ( even with a staff shortage) than I have ever seen it, and that goes to leadership and a solid team. If you are looking for a place that does NOT follow Cooperate rules, the state and DEA policies, rules ,and laws, than just maybe you should find a center that does not care about you or your recovery, and well being. New Season's of Savannah GA saved my life, PEROID! If that alone is not a good enough reason to stay if your are a patient, or give them a try if you are A new PATIENT, then what will?. The team Mrs. Sonya has right now which includes Mrs. Melissa the senior peer support Counselor/coordinator, Mrs. Michelle who handles all insurance claims and the federal grant, and Mrs. Mary the senior, and full time Nurse manager are all top notch and the best at their respective jobs and positions. So Please if you want a solid place to find a recovery program consider my review and my comments about what NEW Seasons of Savannah has to offer. Thank you for reading my review, it is a year over due! I am a pleased (6) year patient of New season of Savannah, and under the current Project Director and her strong, and over worked staff you cannot go wrong! Patient # 10297, Thank you to all that read my review and I give great respect to the leadership and strong staff at my clinic New Season of Savanah! good luck, and GOD BLESS! #10297"
"Do not come here!!! This place is highly understaffed and there isn't any way to hold a job and report here in mornings. One nurse every day that is constantly held up with intakes. Expect to wait 45-hr to get a morning dose. It's crazy....no clinic anywhere tries to serve hundreds of patients with only one nurse on staff. This treatment center needs to come of all that money they are making and actually staff this facility. Still no improvements, still waiting 45+ for dosing. Seriously? You've got 4+ dosing windows and u just shut everything down to admit a new patient whenever they feel like showing up? I can't even dose every day like I should , I don't have a "free " hour to hang out every morning."
"Let me start with saying I am a recover addict. Not perfect but getting the help I need. I am not used to writing reviews but I wanted to make sure a special personal to me that helped me through my process, no matter how hard I was or am lol. She would still help me and straighten me out if need. She is like a momma bear for a recovering addicts. Thank you so much for everything you do for us specially me Ms. Melissa C. I just wanted to make sure you got the Recognition you deserve. She is patient understanding and caring and supportive counselor. Which are stuff an addict needs in there life to recover. She is someone that you can talk to and understands where you coming from or where you at because she has been there. I am blessed to have met her. I know that for her your just not another addict or case she shows that she actually cares. I can go all day about Ms. Melissa but I will end it here lol thank you for being an amazing person and for helping us addicts get in track and for holding us accountable."
"I was rock bottom when I started treatment a few months ago. On my intake day I was scared and nervous as well as in withdrawls. I met the most delightful nurse (Mary) when it was time for my intake. She was kind and didn't judge me although I was judging myself. This lady sat and listened to me while I cried for I know 30 or more minutes. That was a very big deal to me to know there was one person who accepted me even though I was disappointed in myself. This nurse deserves to be over it all. She deserves a raise. I have told my friends to come to New Season for treatment."
