"Absolutely horrible. My wife has called multiple times needing to speak with a nurse or doctor for an urgent issue that her OBGYN here has always taken care of. She has been told no less than 5 times a nurse will call back, but of course they never do. What’s worse is they proceed to call in prescriptions (yes, plural, as in 3-4 separate times throughout this mess) WITHOUT talking to my wife and then LIE on her chart saying she talked to a nurse, when she’s only ever talked to a scheduler who refuses to make her an appointment with the doctor! Even more, the prescriptions they call in are prescriptions she can’t take because of prior issues, which her OBGYN knows and if a nurse would actually spend 5 minutes to call her back they would know. Now my wife has a procedure coming up this office sent her to get a urine sample to make sure she doesn’t have an infection still. However, it was NEVER actually called in so my wife had to sit around for an hour while the facility tried to contact a nurse at this office. My wife called Memorial to discuss results and was told a nurse would call her back but, you guessed it, she never got a call back. Now we are going to be forced to move this procedure for a second time because this office is absolutely AWFUL!"
"I visited here after finding out that I was pregnant with very high expectations and left very disappointed. I didn’t feel comfortable with talking about my problems in my first pregnancy, the lady who did my Pap smear was very impatient and not so gentle, I would text on the app about my concerns and got no response most of the time. I miscarried and the doctor basically told me it’s nothing else she could do. No emotional support, didn’t check in on my mental in which caused me very bad depression, I thought that after I had my miscarriage that they would have me speak to my doctor at the time for like a personal follow up but instead I only went, got my blood drawn and left literally . The overall staff was very polite though. Maybe I just had the wrong doctor. I switched to St. Joseph’s and I would just cry and they would listen and made me feel very comfortable."
"Not impressed! Made appointment, got paperwork with location even circled. Got there, they couldn’t find me and when they did, I was at the wrong location! But everything said this one!!! Then rescheduling with any doctor was months out. What a joke!!!"
"I took my mother to this office for the first time today as a new patient. She saw Dr Paletta and we were extremely impressed with how thorough and knowledgeable she was and the time she spent one on one with my mother covering medical history and concerns etc. Not only her but the whole office staff was extremely attentive and friendly from Sharon who checked us in to Tanisha, her triage nurse."
"Today is my new patient appointment. So it’s kind of a big deal for me. I was actually really nervous. Mrs Sharron was the first face I saw when I walked in and she welcomed me warmly, and with a really friendly smile. She finished up with the patient she was already helping, then she started my checkin. She was very nice, and informative, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. And kept that friendly smile the entire time. She made me feel so much better. She is awesome! The lady who was also working at the desk was very nice as well. I didn’t catch her name she was helping another patient the whole time. But Mrs. Sharron is great and they both deserve a raise!"
