"Front desk and physician were lovely. The issue is that the attending nurse clearly did not want to be there. She would voice her annoyance in regards to how many ppl were coming and that she was tired. It was very frequent. Comments were made in the common area and within ear shot of rooms.It was awkward to say the least."

"This was a very busy place. There were several patients ahead of me, so the wait was quite long. Everyone was working as quickly as they could and were very pleasant. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how I was doing because she had recently had the same problem. I would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone."

"All of the staff were good natured, professional, & helpful. I had come in Saturday afternoon around 4pm to receive stitches from busting open my chin and I was treated kindly while receiving prompt & expertise service. While I hope nothing brings me to urgent care again, if I have to go, I will choose St. Joe’s every time. Thank you for such a positive experience! :)"

"Great, to-the-point care. I broke two fingers on a Sunday afternoon. Wanted to avoid the ER. Glad I did. They took X-rays, gave me a shot for pain and also gave me a temporary cast all on-site and referred me to a specialist who saw me in less than 48 hours. I've been going here for myself and other family members for sick care as well. I highly recommend signing in online to get in line before arriving. Be prepared to wait a bit. Breathe and be patient. They will eventually get to you."

"Thought I was in an alternate universe because every person I encountered was so friendly! Issue was diagnosed within minutes (would have taken a LOT longer had I just gone to my dr who wasn’t open and who would have referred me out to someone else taking yet more time). I was in a lot of pain and it was nice to know what it was and to get a splint/brace for my hand. I have been to this location previously with my mother and they were also excellent. I highly recommend making an appointment online if you can as it is very helpful. Thank you all so very much!"
