"They will say walk-ins are welcome Monday - Thursday. We were here 30 minutes after opening and they said they reached their limit for the day. Also there were only five people in the waiting room. To add to this, if you are new and want to book an appointment, you have to show up in person to register and then they will schedule an appointment. This office is a joke and nobody communicates with one another here. I recommend changing up the staff and management here and stay up with new technology where people can register online and schedule over the phone."

"I waited 30 days for my appt. Then drove 64 miles round trip to find out they refused to see me and canceled my appointment. Because someone didn't have a blood test done in advance. I was not asked to take a blood test in advance. So I had the blood test done and found all the results were almost identical to the prior test except my blood glucose was much lower. I'm not wasting my time any more, it's clear to me that my health care is not a priority. And I received better quality care at Urgent care facilities. This place wastes your time and money."

"The dental front desk service is very poor. They don’t respect I think the doctor is retired. They need a new doctor to do great job over there. We don’t have a good experience with this location."

"I went here once and the woman did not even do a proper exam for a first appointment. She seems in a rush to get on with her day. She told me to make an appointment with the dietitian but didn’t bother to tell me why. I made a follow up that same day only for them to cancel the appointment saying that she would not be available because they had some planned event for the doctors. When I ask why then did they make the appointment for that day they said they didn’t know she wouldn’t be working. I was also told that if I got my blood test results from anyone other then the Dr then I would not get an explanation. I told them I would not be returning and they continued to call me about making an appointment. This clinic is a joke and I hope that they start to hire employees that care about the patients."

"I really wish that I could give this place no stars, you never see an actual doctor but they're super quick to diagnose and prescribe meds at super high doses, I was always rushed out of appointments, misdiagnosed and prescribed gabapentin at 3x the recommended starting dose, (luckily I never filled it) when I said I didn't want gabapentin and wanted to look into different options I was told that I was being difficult and refusing treatment, all that without the NP even telling me what she thought was the diagnosis, I had to find out by requesting my medical records, the mandatory counselor isn't any better, she misdiagnosed me with 4 different mental health issues after only sitting with her for one session that last at most 25 minutes and didn't want to change anything stating I could see a psychiatrist if I disagree with her diagnosis, after reading her notes I also discovered she had taken everything I said out of context and twisted things into statements that aren't even true, I have already seen different doctors about all of their misdiagnosis and now I'm just trying to get my medical records amended only for them to constantly send me in circles transferring my calls back and forth to each other and every person acting like they've never heard of medical records being amended, and after working in a doctor's office before I know that's a big sign that they probably either didn't pay attention to HIPAA training or didn't complete it. If you are looking for a place to get health care and feel safe I'd steer clear of this place. I also now know that I'm not the only person they have done this too, the NP and counselor honestly seem like they enjoy bullying patients and making them doubt themselves about their own health."
