"Dr. Kane was unprofessional, did not perform necessary health checks and wrote off my medical concerns based on family history as ridiculous. He was brutish and took offense that I was not happy with his cavalier approach to addressing my concerns. He also violated my privacy by bringing in a medical student without asking me for permission, and then argued with me about sensitive medical history that was clearly present in my chart, but not apparent from outward appearances. This was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. My family and I have transferred to a different practice."

"I chose Dr. Kurt Budelmann as my PCP back in July due to my prior PCP moving away. I cannot recommend this doctor or this office. Do not get sick and think you can call for an appointment on a Friday. They do not answer their phone on Fridays. No matter what option you choose they do not pick up. Also, Dr. Budelmann will not refill a non-narcotic prescription you have been taking for well over 12 years for shingles. He wants you to have a flare up and make an appointment. I guess you just hope and pray they answer the phone to make that appointment. I am not sure if he doesn’t make money off of preexisting prescriptions and wants to be the original prescriber. Or possibly, he discriminates against the type of health insurance you have. Or maybe, the ill treatment is due to my race. I cannot recommend this office or the above mentioned Doctor."

"I'm new to Bon Secour & familiar The South Carolina Medical System - some what - I would avoid Prisma, ANMED, & all mental health or behavioral centers in The Upstate. Experience does much more than any amount of wordage here. Trust me. Dr. G & staff at the Woodward location were very prompt, polite, and helpful - the facility is newly constructed & easily accessible. Additionally, I feel like I was heard by my attending GP & staff - plus digital access using MyChart is extremely helpful. I'm initially pleased & optimistic about the level of care Bon Secour may be able to provide - we'll see, & I will update honestly if needed; as surely I'm not the only one who's been severely mistreated by The Healthcare System of the Carolina's - so, keep an eye out - stay safe & well folks."

"Recently moved to Greenville and am looking for a medical center for both me and my daughter. I was referred to this medical center so I called and the lady took our information and said I have to wait for a callback from Dr. Nrzak's nurse. She callback me back and was so rude. Stating over and over that they don't see children and I'm like I apologize I was misinformed and she's going say it again like I didn't hear her the first time. Then said mhm bye and hung up. I feel like this was a sign and I won't even go myself. Very glad I dodged a bullet and will continue to look somewhere else."

"I came in complaining about severe stomach pain throughout my entire abdomen that comes and goes, this pain was so bad it made me vomit each time it happened. Dr. Ana brushed it off as “heartburn” i explained to her i never get heartburn and it wasnt that. Her response was “do you want me to prescribe you meds for heartburn or not? Bc i don’t have to.” A trip to the ER and several thousands $ later, it turns out i have gallstones. Also very unprofessional lad workers. They sat there gossiping in-front of all the patients while we patiently waited to finally be assisted by them. I shouldnt have to wait for my labs to be taken bc you’re talking about your breakup."
