"Good luck trying to get an appointment. It took me three months to get on the calendar as new patient. I needed to look to change it, and then they said it would be another 8 months!! You would think a practice would want to bring in new revenue, but I guess they are printing enough money out of our medical system that it doesn't really matter. This is the kind of thing that keeps people on the sidelines for medical care."

"I called the office when I arrived to get tested for the flu and COVID. I waited in my car for over 25 minutes and then called to check on my place in line. However, I was placed on hold. After another 20 minutes, I masked up and went in to check on the delay. I was told I couldn’t be inside and waited another 22 minutes before Tiffany D came out to help me. She stated she would have left by the time she came out and that no one told her that I was waiting. Furthermore, she apologized and said that no one else wanted to do the test. If there is anyone else who have had the same experiences please post and we can consider a class action lawsuit!"
