"Awesome service. Keep this place funded! It saves lives! I've been getting tested and educated here for years and years and have never had a negative experience. Great location, consistently friendly and professional staff, and they're punctual. I'm so grateful for AID Upstate and the wonderful staff."
"Why is this place called aid upstate when it's supposed to be confidentially and privacy why would I even want to walk in this place no I don't want to go to this place and I feel like the name should be changed!! Spartanburg regional changed from infectious disease they need to think of another name"
"Aid Upstate is a great place to go get checked and get peace of mind. The staff there are always kind to me - the last time I went I was helped by Teretha Fowler and she was nothing but kind and informative the entire time. It was like talking to a relative I hadn't seen in a while. For your own health and the safety of others, get checked - and if you're gonna get checked, I highly recommend this place"
"I've been coming here for years, but the new girl in prevention is too much. She never greeted me when I walked in then she talked extremely rude and dismissive. Aa I was going to the back I watched her slam the phone down saying the B word I returned to the lobby for 15 additional minutes and she left and I never saw her return. She seems to have a problem with black people because this is not the first time I've witnessed her behave this way within the last month"
"I’ve been dealing with this place to keep up with my health & to also obtain hormone therapy. I loved coming to get tested and be knowledgeable abt life. HOWEVER this time I was paired with a case worker (Fran) who seemed to be the sweetest lady BUT shortly after felt like an enemy. I was given steps to do & I followed them, only to reach out and either no response back or I’d have to pop up at the site. This has been a hard transition already being trans & to feel like the help Isn’t much help after all. I’m just frustrated with how things have been & all the praise I was giving to still have no full assistance or help from which I was told i could get. I still recommend to go get tested and know your status BUT IF you get paired with this lady please don’t think you really have a friend she will do just as she did with me make as if she wants to help to only go to not answering or so overwhelmed with work to she’ll call you back OR just have a attitude over all. I usually don’t make reviews BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH & I’m not sure if I’m the only one getting this treatment but my voice WILL BE HEARD‼️"
