"I hate calling this office. It’s like no one cares about the phones there. I have to call like a million times and leave voice messages just to get someone on the phone. It’s literally the worst. They want you to have labs done a week in advance, I live out of town so I have to get someone to fax it to a lab where I live. Which is difficult because no one answers the phones. And when I’m there I try to ask if I can just take my lab orders with me to avoid this headache all together, and it’s always no which I don’t understand. If it weren’t for Dr. Idrees I wouldn’t come here. Awful customer service"
"Worst Doctor by far I’ve ever seen. Dr. Archana G. Srinivas is not listed on their website, so I don’t know if she will even see this. I am a new resident to Easley,SC and trying to transfer Doctors accordingly. I was diagnosed with Sjogrens and Lupus 3 years ago. I’ve seen many Doctors since then and had many extended hospital stays to go along with this. Dr. Srinivas basically told me she didn’t think I had Sjogrens or Lupus. From the records she was looking at she couldn’t validate it. The next thing she told me was her office did not give pain meds so if I needed that she would have to refer me to pain management. Not once did I mention any meds to her. She did most of the talking. I felt she was very condescending and plain rude. It took many years going undiagnosed with these invisible illnesses for a team of Doctors to diagnose me. She questioned the salacious gland biopsy to the ANA blood results. She said the Dr did not forward her that info. If she had reviewed my file earlier, maybe she could have called and asked for the info. My point is. There’s a way to treat people and a way to alienate them. I left her office in tears. I’m 60 and I’ve seen many Doctors, but never one like this. Please if you are looking for a new Rheumatologist, keep looking. I don’t require warm and fuzzy, just dignity and respect."
"Worst office I've ever dealt with. Incompetent staff. They don't relay messages to doctors. You can be in horrible pain and have to call the office over 6x to get a response if your lucky. I ended up going to urgent care who treated me immediately with better bed side manner and treated with compassion. Front staff is unprofessional. I waited over an hour to see the doctor without any communication from staff to let you the doctor is running late. I can go on and on with my experiences at this office but it's not worth paying for a provider who you cant even call you back when your truly in need of their assistance. Please seek else where. Which I am doing. Your health is not important in this practice."
"Every time I call I’m asked to hold and I wait for an unusual amount of time. It appears they need help answering the phones etc. to meet the growing patient needs. I hope this improves because otherwise I’ll be seeking another provider"
