"It is impossible to get them to schedule; I have a referral. They called during work hours and have tried to return the call more than eight times, but no one answered. I left a message saying that please schedule at any time, any day available. They called again after that, and again I tried to call back several times and no answer. After more than 20 calls someone answered with the worse actitud and hang up on me. I am tired of playing tag. I am giving up and booking anywhere else."

"It was over a year ago. But it was the worst experience I had ever had with a doctor. I was told that the problem I was having was stress. Later had to visit an oral surgeon who identified and resolved my problem. There is nothing worse than knowing something is wrong and showing physical evidence of it and being told by a doctor that it is pretty much just all in your head. Will never go back here."

"We were introduced to this practice after my 20 year old daughter was in the ER with an abscess on her tonsil. The office staff was very kind and helpful and Dr. Germani did a great job of draining the abscess, informing us of everything he was doing, and just being extremely kind and sensitive. My daughter had to have her tonsils removed but between nursing summer school and starting her Jr. year in the fall, we could not find a time to schedule them to be removed by Dr. Germani. After talking our situation over with an office manager, she was able to get them removed by Dr. Carlson. He was just as amazing as Dr. Germani. We had them removed at Upstate Surgery Center, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Bon Secours and their MyChart is very difficult to keep bills straight and to get ahold of someone who understands MyChart, but whenever I call this office for help they have been able to help me a whole lot better than customer service at MyChart. I would give Bon Secours MyChart billing system and customer service a 1 star if I could find a way to leave a review for that, but that has nothing to do with this office. We had a great experience and highly recommend Dr. Germani and Dr. Carlson, and we found the office staff helpful and kind."

"I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Germani, but the customer service/billing department at Carolina ENT has been a nightmare. Both of my sons got tubes this year through Dr. Germani. One son was scheduled at Upstate Surgery Center and one at St Francis Outpatient Center. The difference in the out of pocket bill we received for the two of them is ridiculous.. over $4,000 difference in what we owe (after insurance!). No one informed us how astronomically different the cost of the procedures would be simply because of the location they were performed at. I trusted him so I trusted the office and did not think to ask more in depth questions. After receiving the bills for these procedures, myself, my husband, and our insurance claims customer service rep have called several times without getting a return call. So although I recommend Dr. Germani.. do your homework and beware the the scheduling and billing department at his office are not interested in good customer service."

"I was very sick the Dr only send me at MRI just for my ears . After this I come back with my husband and he says in a Very cold way you have nothing is nothing I can do for you . Well My other Dr James Khalen refer me with Dr Micheal Germanie he really care about you practicing all the test you need until found why you are having ear issues and trout issues in general he really care I highly recommend him and his place is located at 1 Doctores Drive , Greenville ,SC I just have surgery at the Prime hospital 200 Pate wood rd I’m very pleased … Good News Dr Germanie is NOW working here at Carolina ENT"
