ATI Physical Therapy

"I’ve never had PT so I didn’t know what to expect. I guess it’s going ok after 3 sessions although I don’t really see any improvement. I’m there for an hour and my therapist divides his time between me and another client. He tells me to do an exercise but doesn’t monitor me to see if I’m doing it correctly. For example; he had me start on a bicycle and told me to go for 10 minutes. That’s not something he needed to watch me do but I had done 14 minutes before he came back to check on me. As I said, this whole thing is new to me. It hasn’t been bad nor good."
