"I arrived to the appointment 30 mins prior to fill out paperwork and such. My appointment was at 9:30, then a second at 10am. The first appointment I wasn’t called back until 9:50. Then told to go to another area to wait for the next appointment at 10. Which obviously the first appointment lead me to be late to. The appointment at 10, I waited a hour. Yes, maybe even more. Not once did they come tell me there was a delay. People take time off work for these appointments. If we as a patient are five mins late or a no show doc offices are quick to cancel and charge you. How do we hold doc accountable. This needs to be addressed, it’s absurd."

"We are blessed to have Dr Sellner in Greenville. He and his entire staff were friendly as well as thorough and professional. They made me feel at ease while explaining my options and answering my questions. I would give them higher than a 5 star if that was an option. Highly recommend!"

Very attentive, never felt rushed, & they asked a lot of questions about my symptoms, etc. They made us feel very comfortable & felt they were truly concerned. "Nice and helpful staff. We left home early to make sure we were on time ( we live in Anderson ) and Zavanah got a snack, which tied her over til lunch! Very helpful. Zavanah enjoyed the books in the waiting area ( we read 2 books ) and the puzzles kept her busy. Mrs Cooper let her color pictures while we talked about her upcoming surgery. ( she gave her pictures to papa ) And Mrs Cooper was very helpful in getting information for me, and returned my calls and emails. Thankful for that. I give 5 stars."
