"Was my first visit 2/14/24 everyone was very nice and personable and Brittany the PA was awesome. I never felt rushed and definitely felt cared about. Thank you all for the warm welcome."
"The absolute best drs bar none!!! Dr. Cecil is the most caring, and empathetic physician I have ever encountered!!! If you are looking around for a primary care physician; you can stop looking….you have found them!!!!"
"Dr Hudson is a amazing doctor. He takes his time and answers any questions that you may have and explains things in a way that makes it easier to understand. All of the nurses and staff are wonderful, and the lab tech is AMAZING. She always finds the vein and is very gentle. My entire family including my parents, siblings, husband and kids. I highly recommend this office."
"I’ve only been here twice so far and I really love the office and staff. Stephanie is kind and thorough, and very respectful (especially if my gender identity)! Today I went and got my blood drawn, and I’m one of those special ones who needs to lay down and have some juice after. The phlebotomist was a pro and I barely felt a thing. She had an ice pack ready to go for me nonetheless and I left a happy camper! I recommend this practice to everyone."
"This practice cares more about their nurse practitioners feelings than their patients. My husband is currently in the ICU because their NP did not listen to his symptoms. She also didn’t schedule an annual physical when he requested it. While she was out of town he was seen by a different NP who was thoroughly attentive. We got a call last night to take him to the ER. I called for the third time since we’ve been seen by NP Stephanie Weir advising she is not a good fit for us. And the doctors said they don’t do internal transfers because it would be complicated and may - MAY - cause a riff with their staff. I was then told that it is their policy and that they do care for their patients but they stand by their policy. That it was “my interpretation” that they did not care more for their patient who has continued to express concerns that he is not properly being cared for and is now in the ICU. It’s gross how little ownership people can take for mishandling situations. My husband called with news of a fever to ADD TO HIS ALREADY EXPRESSED SYMPTOMS and they scheduled him for next week. He called again to insist to be seen sooner after he almost passed out. And they can’t transfer him to someone he actually felt comfortable being treated by? And I’m supposed to conclude they care about their patients and that patients are the priority of their staff? No stars rating if I could choose it."
