"I was very disappointed with this doctors office. I came here as a new patient. The doctor put me on a medication. Didn't monitor me on this medicine. And I started have a really bad reaction. I tried to see my doctor several different times or any doctor in this practice. They told me nobody could see me. And told me to go to the Emergency room. And my doctor wouldn't even talk to me about my issues I was having. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They would let you die and wouldn't even lift a finger to help you."

"Dr. MAC is a great doctor. Went there for yes. Hated to lose Dr.MacMillian but I kept getting my appointments canceled. Last time they were canceled 4 times. I need a doctor I can see. I was sick once and gave me an appointment 2 weeks later and with a NP. I quit and am looking for another office."

"I had a decent expirence with the doctor there she was kind and knowledgeable Dr joanna smith was a pleasure to visit. Although i cant say as much for the staff who answer the phone since i had been having kidney problems which a fever is a common side affect . I was told that i could not come to my doctors office . I was scheduled for lab work for kidney and liver trouble that i will not be able to get because urgent care where i was refered do not run these types of test. Bon secures afc urgent care referred me to this primary care office. the rude receptionists fails to realize that the reason we see doctors are for ALL AILMENTS OF THE HUMAN BODY NOT JUST COVID 19 AND WHETHER IT BE THAT OR LIVER PROBLEMS OR A SINUS infection bed side manner and decent phone skiills should be a must when dealing with the sick and unhealthy"

"I've been calling and stopping in to get my medications refilled after a forced move to this location I was given an appointment over two months in the future as my appointment at the old facility was forcibly cancelled as they had to shut down due to poor conditions and lack of competent compassionate care and it seems that pox has shadowed them to this location. Going on three days without an important medication without so much as a single call back as it's impossible to talk to a nurse, CMA, or practitioner over the phone your only recourse is a phone message that is ignored. When the weekend is over and they hopefully deign to have time to take two minutes to write a prescription it'll have been a week or more without an important medication."

"The person who posted recently giving a one star review must be some kind of primadonna. The location was fine and I was treated with respect and the utmost care for my health. The staff were friendly and Dr. Kellett was very down-to-earth and realistic with his goals for my long term care. I'm looking forward to my follow-up appointment. If you're going to give low ratings based on the location of a building with not one description of how you were treated, then your opinion holds no merit. I recommend this facility and the staff who treated me."
