"I have been a patient of Dr. Melba's for over ten years. From routine check-ups to a variety of other health issues over the years, I have always received great care and attention from Melba. I have also had great experiences with the front office staff. They do a good job getting you checked in and out, and I find them to be very competent and knowledgeable."

"I've been a patient here for many years. In the last 5 years, it's become impossible to get an appointment when sick. Today, I spent 21 minutes on hold only to be told to find an urgent care. After being hospitalized I couldn't even get in for a follow-up visit. The office staff is the rudest I've even encountered and it's sad to see this family practice decline to such a level."

"Was a patient for over 25 years seeing one doctor all my life. When I got cancer, I was seeing specialist for 5 years, then when I tried to return to my family doctor (Bridgeman) the staff would not let me schedule an appointment, or even relay a message, or give me an email to message him directly. So to sum it up, if Milestone refers you out, they don't want you to come back as you will be seen as a "New patient". So much for the "get a family doctor, so they can track your health more often" approach."

"I just called the practice and asked the lady whom I couldn't even hear her name clearly due to a monotone voice, she sounded miserable to be quite honest. I asked if they were accepting any new patients and she said she would have to create me a new chart first. I then asked what that meant and her response was"I would have to go through a long process of putting your Information into a chart and run your Insurance first to see if we have any doctor's accepting patients ". She could have said I do not feel like doing my job and at least I'd have known what she meant!! Terrible customer service especially in a medical facility. You never know what someone is going through especially if they are calling a medical facility, you could possibly make someone's situation worse! I understand things are annoying but as respectful as I was to this young lady, I couldn't recieve 30 seconds of mutual respect!? I was actually reading some reviews before calling but I always am open to people having bad days and rather empathetic in general. I'm actually quite bothered and feel disrespected after having general courtesy and being spoken to like I'm just a number, not a human! One would think a little humanity would be standard practice at primary care facility or any other medical facility really, not just singling one one medical field from the other!"

"Great experience in the MGC-Milestone office. Office staff are courteous and welcoming. My wife and I are thankful that I’m being treated by Dr. Wallace.
