"We love this facility! Knowledgeable and understanding staff that will listen to you and your concerns. We utilize this facility for our primary healthcare for work, and it’s been the best experience I’ve had with anything medically related, probably ever. Every visit felt personal, relaxed, and professional. My family and I have always been given answers when necessary and options when available, never pushed in one direction or the other with treatment. I was initially disappointed that they were not open on the weekends, but my previous review was followed up on almost immediately! Not to address the score of my review, but to find out if I was taken care of and found the help my family needed. That’s next level in my opinion. Palmetto Proactive does have an after hours line that doctors can respond to when on call for over the phone discussion and treatment options by the way. Very cool, and very clutch for my family this weekend. Thank you Palmetto Proactive staff!"

"A few years ago, I was thrilled to find a Drs office where I could get an annual checkup and lab work for under $300. I never get sick, so paying the high cost of insurance would be like throwing several thousand dollars a year to the wind. I just want to be proactive by getting annual bloodwork completed and a basic checkup. Palmetto was a perfect fit but NOT ANYMORE! Now, they require the monthly membership of $70 plus annual lab cost. My cost will now rise from under $300 to about $1000 annually. Very disappointed and frustrated! I will find another option."
