"Called went thru usual stuff...was put in line for appointment hospital very full at this time. They set me up for an appointment in 7 days. I found this very acceptable...very much respected time spent. I've best to report on the appointment staff at hospital."
"It’s a shame that after leaving 5 messages over a three day time span to try to make an appointment, NO ONE has returned my call. How is this place even open if they don’t call patients back to get them the treatment they need?? Unbelievable!!"
"Dr. Rouse is a very kind man that is taking excellent care of my daughter. He is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a podiatrist."
"Please make sure you get all the information on the cost!!!!! Hospital billed separately and I ask on the first visit how much it would be and they didn't know. After three visits I finally viewed the bill on my Health insurance's website and it was over 1000.00 per visit just for the hospital.... Switch to Wound care in Pooler and they were GREAT!!!!!"
"I was impressed by both dr Donahue and the staff. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a wound open for three months. Not anymore! The only thing I would think you could do better is make sure when a nurse is assigned to do home care, that a nurse actually shows up. Mine showed up only one day and it was an hour prior to my follow up appointment, so really not helpful. She was banging on my windows and nobody told me she was coming or who she was working with. I was asleep and woke up to this woman banging on my windows and my dogs going insane. Scared the bejesus out of me. I asked her to leave my property. I still don’t know who she works for. No badge, nothing."
