"DO NOT SEND YOUR RELATIVE HERE! These are nurses from a staffing agency and recent nurse grads that experiment on patients. They lie and say they bathe your loved one and they don't the nurses are rude and argue with family members. They keep your relative in feces for a long period of time and don't do room checks. Trust me the camera didn't lie. STAY FAR AWAY! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!"

"I cannot say enough about the staff at Landmark. We did not have the outcome we had hoped for but I couldn't think of a place I would have rather been in this difficult time. The nurses, therapists, doctors and staff were so caring and compassionate. They took care of my husband and of me. I didn't have any family in the area to be with me so the Landmark staff stepped in as my family away from home. They laughed with me and cried with me. I will be forever grateful!!!!"

"Honestly I was afraid After looking at the reviews on landmark. My mom was a patient at memorial and was sent to landmark to heal and recover for 3 months which is basically what landmark is. I was so hesitant about them sending her there considering the fact she did not get the best treatment at memorial hospital. But to my surprise my mom enjoyed her stay at landmark and the staff treated her very well and with respect, they cater to her every needs. The nursing staff was great communicating with me about her condition. My mother felt very comfortable there and they treated her so good she got way better treatment there than memorial. It was very hard because we could not visit due to COVID 19 but the staff allowed me to order her food everyday and have it delivered to her room to make her feel comfortable. The case manager Jennifer was great as well. If you have a loved one going to landmark don’t be hesitant because of the reviews if your loved one is bad off don’t send them there please. My advice is to make sure your loved one have some snacks because the food is not great. Thank you landmark and staff for treating my mom well and spoiling her and getting her back home to me."

"This facility doesn’t even deserve one star. DO NOT bring your loved ones here. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I have a loved one who is currently residing at this facility and he is NOT being well taking care of. My uncle was left in a bed for God knows how long with medication on his face and bed as if the medications were thrown on him or forced down his throat in an harsh manner. Also he looked as if he hadn’t been cleaned in days. His eyelids were glued shut from the thick crusted mucus. When nurses Donna Skinner and Evet were asked what’s going on with my uncle they proceeded to answer in a very rude and disrespectful way and yet they still didn’t answer the question that was asked. My uncle has been through enough as it is and he doesn’t deserve to be treated in this manner. I will be reporting this facility to the better business bureau and if my complaints go ignored legal action will be taken. People put trust in this facility to watch over and take care of their loved ones. The treatment my uncle is getting is UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT let this happen to you."
