"On July 28, 2023, Bryan showed up at 8 am to discuss both front and backdoor thresholds. Was very impressed with Bryan, he would talk to his craftman about the repair. He scheduled Jacob to come out on Aug. 2. I called ACE on Aug. 1 and asked for Bryan or Jacob to call me. I did not know if Aug. 2 would be the repair day or not. I do not schedule the work to be done without an estimate. So Jacob arrived on time Aug. 2. When he arrived I told him I had left a message for him or Bryan to call me. He indicated that was a mistake on ACE because no message was received. So we went ahead and discussed everything again. He left saying an estimate would be email to me from ACE. For the exact cost of the supplies and an estimated time it would take to finish the repair. Today is Aug. 13 and I have not heard back. I check me emails everyday. I really wanted to use this service because I had several jobs lined up. I have now gotten someone else to do the job."

"Had a great experience working with Ace and Francesca. The first girl on the phone was very helpful in getting my appointment set up and was flexible with my schedule. Francesca came out to remove old weather stripping on two doors and install new ones. She was very patient and thorough with her work and did a great job. She was very friendly and explained her job to me thoroughly. Will definitely use again for future home repairs"
