"Today is 2/9/24, Caliber has had my car since 11/6/23 for what was supposed to be minor body work. There has been zero communication by Caliber. The only time I get info is when I call them. I have heard more excuses than I can count. Employee turnover, mechanics shop, parts not arriving, wrong parts arriving, car is back from mechanic, just body work needs to be completed, car is NOT out of the mechanics shop. The delay is costing me a small fortune in car rental. Save yourself a VERY LARGE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE CALIBER COLLISION, AT LEAST NOT THIS LOCATION! **Update**- Just received a TEXT from Caliber, they didn't even have the courtesy to call, now estimated date of completion is 2/28/24, almost 4 MONTHS!!!! Totally unacceptable."

"Caliber collision has got to be the biggest joke of a car shop. After the other caliber collision completely butchered my car this caliber was suppose to fix the damage the other one did. That was in May, 7 months ago. This caliber has made me bring the car in 3 times just to look at it. After every single time they say they will call me to schedule it. Guess what they have not tried to schedule once! Every time I call, they say they will call me back or call that I need to bring it by so they can look at it again. Giving me excuse after excuse. Now I receive a letter trying to charge me a deductible for a repair that hasn’t even been repaired yet. This shop does nothing but waste your time. **Edit** My husband sent you guys a long email about everything to the email you listed in your reply but no response and it’s been over a week. Since you guys obviously have no desire to fix anything, we’ll be pursuing the legal route. Worst customer service ever."

"Customer service was great. They gave almost daily updates and completion was about a week late, but that was not an issue with us at all. The issue was the car was not cleaned when they returned it. Specifically, when they repaired the trunk they did not protect it from the weather. There were leaves inside, but more concerning was the gallon or so of water found in the tire well. My husband discovered it when he was super cleaning the trunk and removed the trunk flooring. I would have never thought to remove the trunk flooring. I am sure this is just a one off for them, but want to make sure others know to really check their vehicles once they are returned."
