"I arrived at Kia Country and was greeted by Kevin Beutler. I had tire issues and he assured me that i was in good hands and that he could take care of my issues. I did not have an appointment but he said that was not a problem. After just a short period of time he came to me and said that they would replace the tires in question. Not only did they take care of the issue that i had they also washed and vacuumed the car for me. I was not expecting this but i was appreciative of it. I will continue to have my car repaired at Kia Country."

"I got my car towed over there and the next day I went by to inform them my car was over there and they didn’t ask me for my information or my key. Then after a few days I called them and asked if I can leave my key with them then when I went by they finally took down my information and my key. Then after almost 2 months they finally got around to taking a look at it. And I let them know the car wouldn’t turn over even after I put a new battery in it, and that one of tires was flat. They said they installed a new wiring harness or something? They charged me like $1,200 of my hard earned money that I work for (I only make over $6,000 a YEAR!). And the car only lasted one day before it died again and they never fixed the tire because it went flat again. Now it’s sitting at my apartment and they’re threatening to tow it away. I don’t know what to do with it now."

"The service desk got us in right on time for our appointment for an oil change and we were out of there within an hour. We also always appreciate the fact that they wash our car and do a quick vacuum on the inside."

"This is the best treatment I have ever received from a service center. Kia Country of Charleston provided quick and complimentary transportation to anywhere I needed to go during my service visit. They also washed and vacuumed my very dirty vehicle before returning it to me. It looked just as beautiful as the day I bought it. Also, my service was scheduled to take an hour and a half and the service department acted quickly and efficiently and actually completed the work a half hour early. Highly recommend!"

"First things this place is the best at what they do brought my Kia in for a couple recalls and some other minor fixes our technician Zack helped me with my cars issues in fact he was kind and very knowledgeable at why my car had recalls and explained it all too me which was very helpful the other parts was fixed on my Kia which I’m happy that it’s finally fixed since I’ve been procrastinating to bring it to the service shop. Anyways these guys are quick and reliable and thank you Zack for your service and your help. I’m sure I’ll be back if anything comes up with my 2013 Kia Soul. Thank you Kia Country of Charleston!
