"I strongly recommend using Benz MD. While traveling from Charlotte to Charleston for our wedding anniversary, the Benz just died on 1-26 right outside of Charleston. In what we thought was a service before making the trip from our Benz mechanic, turned out to be an evident nightmare. Nonetheless, he's fired. I immediately got online and seen Benz MD and the company's ratings. Although this occurred over the weekend, and finding out the he had a loss in his family, Henry helped us with our dilemma. I must say that Henry is awesome and went above and beyond even during the loss of his family member. We clearly stated that it was no rush because we where there for the weekend and didnt want to interfere with the bereavement of his family member, and now stranded in Charleston ,trying to salvage our wedding anniversary. He performed a thorough diagnostic and referred us to Baker Mercedes in which he made the call and continued to help us with their resources. In closing, please check out Benz MD. Henry is full of knowledge on these vehicles, while exhibiting care and compassion, while going through his loss. We where totally speechless , and expressed our gratitude and thankfulness. "I was referred to this shop to check my radiator. As I arrived, he walked up to my car, asked me questions kept touching under the hood and tripped my radiator, thinking I would leave my car there. I barely made it to the dealer, where I was told, that my car was sabotaged by a greedy scumback, The radiator pulley was laying at the bottom under the hood. I don't know how I made it to the shop, driving almost 10 miles. On top of it, he erased everything from my cars computer, so the next mechanic wouldn't know what was done to it. DO NOT GO TO HIM !!!!!"
