"Terrible customer service..Iv been trying to get into contact with the pharmacy to place a refill from 10am until now (2:40pm). I have been hung up on three times."

"Ugh wish i never sent my prescription here. They told me it would be ready a few days later so I waited. Day arrives to get prescription and they tell me it didnt arrive and they wont know when. Now I am struggling to get my prescription back. I could have gone to another pharmacy the very first day and wish I had. Staff dont know they are doing"

"Christina in the pharmacy with no sideburns, the absolute rudest person in the world. Imagine coming to pick up your medication and being treated like trash because Christina is having a hard day. I mean literally made me get out of my car and come inside just to be served by someone else who provided excellent service. Everyone there has an understanding of what customer service is except Christina. She went above and beyond to express she hates her job and for me, that's a clear sign she shouldn't have it. Definitely not working at a pharmacy where many people like myself are coming to pick up some mental health meds. Christina better thank God i take my meds bc it would have been a different day for her and her family had I not been on my meds. I suggest she be fired."

Wish I could give a 0 star review, definitely should have listened to these reviews, the 2.3 stars are accurate, the employees for this pharmacy should be negative starrs like their character and attitude, sad for these people, just sad. Never send your prescriptions here!!! Best advice I could ever give anyone. Just sad pharmacists"

"Don’t send your prescriptions here if you need them ready in a certain amount of time. Didn’t fill my accutane prescription in time because there was a hold (that shouldn’t have been there and nobody notified me of when I called earlier in the week) but was told it can’t be filled in time when I called a second time. Now I’ll be having to spend extra of my own money to start the authorization process over."
