"Very bad customer service..I went in to exchange an item and the manager on duty along with an associate would not allow me to get my refund. I originally bought the item from wheeler road and the item didn't fit..I went to the wrightsboro location and management gave me an even exchange. I gave her the receipt and for whatever reason she was was not able to exchange it through the system therefore she stated let's just do an even exchange. I thought everything was fine until I tried the item and it didn't fit and I returned it to that store when another manager said there was nothing she could do but to give a store credit. I asked why and her response was that thats what the manager said..that's all we can do because it wasn't returned properly. I stated it was not my fault that the other manager didn't do it correctly. I was then told to go back to wheeler road and see what they could do. I politely told them I would not be back there and I went back to wheeler road and the associate handled it. I was told that any store could have given me the refund."
"This pharmacy is the worst I ever in life dealt with,. They take forever to answer the phone, and then when they do answer they pick up the phone and immediately hit the hold button,. I dropped of a prescription on Sunday Nov 6th, Olivia say she will call me when the prescription is in and she never, ever call, I keep calling them to check on the prescription but nobody answers, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL"
"Pharmacy sucks. Waited 30 min past scheduled vaccine appointment time and then was told it would be an additional 30min before I could be seen. Staff offered no apology or explanation for the delay. Horrible customer service."
"Very sad to leave a one star review: I am a physician, and I scheduled my appointment with this Walgreens for a seasonal flu vaccine and Pfizer COVID booster dose (booster because I am high risk of exposure in the hospital). Today, I went there and checked in, spent an hour waiting and filling out paperwork, and then they would not let me get the booster. They said it’s because I didn’t have my COVID shot card with both prior doses listed. I did have my card scanned in (showed them on my phone) from my first dose and showed them and told them I’m in the military and they took my card after the second dose but it was done three weeks after the one I had the proof of. Well, apparently that isn’t good enough. Whether this is the pharmacists issue or the Walgreens policy, barriers like this to vaccination against COVID only serve to slow down our fight against this pandemic, and it’s extremely disappointing to see. Would it really be wrong to give me that booster dose? No, I qualify under CDC guidance. Moreover, there was nothing in their sign-in or check in paperwork giving me a heads up about such a policy, so I lost an hour of my day only to be turned away. Finally, I was forced to correct the lead pharmacist at this location because he told a patient who came in (who had previously gotten one J&J shot) that he would NOT recommend getting a Pfizer as a booster and that there was “not enough data” to mix and match…I’m sorry but as a physician that’s flat out wrong. Check the CDC website. Again, why are we creating barriers to getting people vaccinated, Walgreens?!??"
