"I spoke with a very nice and knowledgeable person at the Trek store of Greenville. I mentioned to him what my needs were . Then he showed me a couple of bikes that would work for me. I chose the Verve 2, where I then tried it on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It was a totally a new riding experience, and I'm very happy with the choice I made! Thank you for all your help!"

"Bradley listened to all of my requirements for a new bike, and guided me through the process of picking out the best bike for me. He also took his time to set up said bike for my size and riding ergonomics. This was all before I committed to the bike and just getting a test ride! He was great to work with, and when I upgrade parts or upgrade to a new bike in the future, I’ll be looking forward to working with him again. I got my first ride in today, and this bike is awesome! I came off the ride without any pain or discomfort, and I was able to pick up a few mph over my pace on my old bike. It was a great experience all around."

"I purchased several Trek bikes from this store when it was The Great Escape. Road bikes and mountain bikes. Today I went in and purchased 4 tires to put on our mountain bikes. They helped me pick road tires because after a hip replacement, I'm not planning on riding off-road. I put two of them on one bike today and took my first very short ride in over 3 years. It feels great! Can't wait to get the other bike going and in another month, hopefully I'll be cleared to ride. Trek made the decision easy and the prices were fair."

I took my bike in for service even though I bought it in Brevard I would never go back to the place I bought it. The technicians are great and the customer service the best. I spent most my life in customer service and I haven’t seen the quality of service that I got in the Trek store in a very long time. I will always drive the hour and a half to the store for anything I need in the future!"
