"The DM needs to come thru here and teach customer service. As a former GM of over 25 years from AXP, Footlocker, Champs, etc. I have high expectations for customer service and genuine continuity for customers from staff. This place lacks so many aspects. To ask for a shoe size and to be given a box and watch staff go off to cut up and hangout behind the register with other staff is ridiculous. Stay off your phone and provide the service you were hired for. Engage with your customers, ask them why they chose the shoe the are asking for a size for, what do they like about the shoe, talk about additional products for multiple sales, etc. This store is horrible."

"I dont even care that they refused my return.The employees were mean and hatful. Renee and liz laughed at me and mocked me, thanks for that, ruined my day. I hope they never have to be humiliated like they humiliated me. Pretty cruel. Maybe next time try, "hey, sorry about this, but our system doesnt handle quad pay returns well, can i get you in contact with our customer service?" Definitely recommend any store other than this place."

"This store provided me terrible customer service. I went in to exchange shoes for a bigger size and no one greeted me or offered help. The guy at the register looked very irritated when I said I needed to exchange for a bigger size. Didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. He would not take the shoes back because he said that they had already been worn. But in reality, they sold me used shoes to begin with. I will NOT be shopping at JD sports again, I highly do NOT recommend."
