"I used to use Walmart+ for deliveries until I ordered from this location. My driver was supposed to deliver the order between 3pm-4pm. It never showed up, and his location was at the county jail all night. He delivered my stuff the next evening after having it in his trunk all night. No one would answer the phone at this walmart, and the chat agents refused to help in any way because the order was "out for delivery.""

"12/7/2023 Zero customer service...Really very frustrated as I have an urgent need to speak with someone about items that are being delivered as gifts from out of state. I'm lucky if I can get through to someone at all, and when I finally did reach customer service after a whole day of trying multiple times, they "transferred" me and kept me on hold for 45 minutes total, even after calling back and politely imploring them for help... The website offers no customer service either, so I just have to pray that my items are safe and that they'll be delivered with better care than their customer service has shown."

"Update 1 year later: Things have been getting better at this Walmart. My last update I changed the rating from 1star to 2 stars, but now it’s 4/5 stars. They’ve been remodeling this Walmart for the better. It seems like employees enjoy their jobs a little more now as well. Shopping carts are back in the store when I arrive. Everyone seems to be friendlier and in better moods. The store also looks cleaner. Nice, keep it up! OLD REVIEWS: Nice selection of items. Two problems though. 1, the employees never change the price tags to the correct/updated prices. 2, half of the employees are helpful and the other half seems like they're about to quit. I don't fully blame them for not wanting to work there but I've always been told if you put 100% in, you'll get 100% out. It's better than a few Walmarts but no where close to being good. Plus isn't this the one where a lot of shootings happen? Not to mention, NONE of the actual registers were open. It was only self checkout. So unless you like being stared down while checking out, go to a different Walmart or store in general. Edit* It's been 4 months since I've written this review and this place is still trash. They've stopped collecting any of the shopping carts from outside and putting them inside where they'd usually be. You'll have to either go back outside and start looking for some or find some random empty one in the store. Still, nice selection of items."

"Shopped here for something quick. 98% of registers are self-checkout only. Very chaotic. 3 queue registers (all closed) remain. Walmart can't pay its employees a living wage, but they can easily spend a million on this equipment and fire a majority of workers."
