"01/14/2024 review I come in here all the time & whenever the men work they are helpful, the lady with the long lashes and the curly wig has go to be the rudest customer service person. I know next time I see her to just turn around & wait on the men. I asked her did she find one of the shoes she pointed to the floor and gave me a look. How was I supposed to know? And why put my shoes on the floor & not the counter. I asked her about multiple shoes and sizes every single time she had an attitude. I just settled on some because she definitely didn’t want to do what they pay her to do. I’m not going to stop coming I just know when to come."

"This store is a joke and their customer service is a joke. They called to confirm my order from the store for pick up. Only for them to cancel my order so i go to the store. Tell me why i asked to try-on the same shoe i order same size and all but they keep canceling my order while im right there obvlious to who i am so if you have the shoe right there in store for me to try-on but you keep canceling my order because they do not want to honor the price that i paied online to pick up in store. I wont be shopping here anymore. 4TH ORDER TO BE F'd OVER ON IN TWO WEEKS MY MONEY IS GOOD BUT WONT BE SPENDING HERE ANYMORE"

"The manager at this store this morning, on 9/2/23 at 10:30, was a rude female. She is in need of customer service training and should learn what a government-issued ID is. A passport is a government-issued ID that can be used for identification purposes anywhere. It includes a picture of the holder. If a store requires a government-issued ID, she should recognize that a passport qualifies. However, she refused to let my child pick up my sneakers today because she insisted on my license as a government-issued ID. A passport is indeed a government-issued ID, so she may need to educate herself or go back to school to understand what a passport is. She clearly lacks knowledge in her job and displays rude behavior. It would be beneficial for all Hibbett Sports locations to receive customer service training."
