Every time I have had terrible customer service by people who are NOT trying to sell me running shoes. I tried messaging them and the response is we want to help but, their is no positive outcome. recommend going elsewhere or even the internet. Seriously, too many bad experiences."

They also carry a large selection of workout accessories which allowed me to also pick up a sweet pair of Shokx bone conducting technology. Allie provided excellent service and guidance for the entire time we were in the store, She certainly understands her business and translated our needs into solid recommendations. We have been extremely satisfied with the Hoka brand and specific shoes we purchased. Their Black Friday sale had completed (it turns out that Hoka brand shoes were not on sale anyway), but they extended a 10% discount to us which we really appreciated.
