"Worker followed my husband throughout the store while he was keeping himself occupied by walking around so I could shop. It made him extremely uncomfortable because he wasn’t doing anything except keeping himself busy. I wasn’t followed when I was walking around, so why was my husband profiled and followed??"

"I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy department at this store. The pharmacist is very rude & dismissive. I wrote letters to their corporate office but I just got a response back after months of waiting. Kathy H, an Executive Response Specialist at the corporate office in Deerfield is the person you need to write your letter to. You can also call & talk to her. Sadly it seems like they will continue to keep that pharmacist so I transferred my prescription. It’s a reason they have a lot of bad reviews. They allow her to be so unprofessional."

"The worst Pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Please call around & see if your insurance will take another Pharmacy. There is a rude old white lady that works back there. I have heard she treats all blk people very rudely. She called me a liar and just hung up on me. She kept saying that the problem came from Walgreens pharmacy corporate office. Shouldn’t they all follow the same rules. I spoke with the store manager & she refused to give me the district manager phone number. You can tell they all have each others back. She was making excuses for the lady being so rude. People shouldn’t have to deal with their nasty attitudes. Contact consumer relations for Walgreens so they can give you the district manager info. I will never get a prescription filled there again. Rude & very unprofessional"

"The store manager here(Christopher) is a joke, I don’t see how he is a manager. He couldn’t help with a simple question to where an item was located or the price of the item after I found it. He was rude and over talked me. I would try to speak with him and he laughed in my face. Never have encountered a manager that acts this way. Do better Walgreens"

"By far the worst pharmacy! My son and I waited over two hours in two days for my daughters prescription. Each time I visit, I have to provide the same insurance information and we have been at this location for over one year. Effective last week, I have moved her pharmacy because this is exhausting!"
