"Do not buy any furniture from here if you need any replacements parts in the future. I have spoken with the furniture department supervisor and store supervisor and they both promised to assist me in getting a part and neither have returned my phone calls. We have been waiting months. They take down your information and never call back. We even visited the store in person for assistance. Why promise to help a customer and never deliver on it or follow up."

"My wife and I were shopping and my wife asked the manager of the store if she could check a price on an item. And she said to my wife, you know these scanners are not for checking prices , then scanned the item and gave her the price. She was the most miserable manager. And even when the cashier asked for help , she still had an attitude. If you can't be pleasant, when you're job requires you to be. Then maybe you should not be in that position."
