"My 84 yr old uncle from out of state brought his vehicle here to check a rattle underneath. The tech shook his tailpipe and said "Yep, you need a new muffler." My uncle decided he would have his shop look at it when he got to his home state. I checked it and thought it could just be a loose clamp. My uncle had his home state mechanic check and was told he didn't need a new muffler, it was a loose bolt! I wouldn't trust this shop!"

"Called to ask about the price to get a resonator delete and he laughed when I said a Ford Focus. Very unprofessional wouldn’t go here if it was the end of me. Shouldn’t turn people away just bc the car they have. Makes sense why he has 3 stars and going lower."

"Worst customer service went a while back for a muffler delete since I lived close. Barely could talk to the owner had to follow him around asking questions just to get denied he told me he doesn't not weld on does bolt up jobs. Anyone who left a good review had to be of a LIGHTER background"

"Very rude and disrespectful. I asked him should I leave my key in the car he said he don’t care and then asked him when should I come back to get it he said I don’t know I have a lot of cars to do them I asked him can he take my number to call and he said no and slam the door closed. I have never been so mistreated at a well known company. I will never go back to this Mr Mufflers. Stay away from rude red neck."
