"I really like having the availability of choosing your items online and picking them up at the store, it's very convenient and very helpful for people who can't get around that well, it's helping people who have special needs and they don't have ride carts available or have social anxiety and don't want to go physically in, so it comes in handy as does picking up your prescriptions outside instead of going in.You can just stay right in your car very helpful, they'll bring your meds out if they are too large to fit in the tube, They're kind."

"Employees are dropping F-bombs left and right here, cursing loudly and are having personal phone calls on the sales floor. This isn't an isolated incident because I have come in to this store three times within the past 2 1/2 weeks. On each visit, I was thankful I didn't have young kids with me. This is sad because this is my favorite store location in the Midlands. The inappropriate talk ON the sales floor is seriously out of control. Last night an employee was just cursing away while he openly talked to someone on his Bluetooth. It's annoying enough when a customer does this, but here, I continue to hear the employees having phone conversations about all manner of personal stuff. If management sent someone around in plain clothes to just listen to employees, I have to believe they would hear it too. All three of my visits have been like this. It's truly noticeable when associates are behaving with complete and total disregard of customers. To be clear, I haven't experienced anyone being disrespectful to me directly. Anytime I have ever asked for assistance of any kind, everyone is kind."

"Walmart is getting terrible. If you return something you recently purchased without a receipt they give you a faction of your actual PRICE. Stores are MESSY. So what's the alternative since they BLEW away their competition? Now they have you coming in the store and checking and bagging your OWN purchases! What next?"
