"Store is concerned about benefiting employees and not the customer. Bought a pair of shoes at Shoe Department in Pigeon Forge TN. Got home with two left shoes. When I contacted them they instructed me to take the shoes to the nearest Shoe Department and they would be able to exchange them. I took my shoes to the Lexington Shoe Department and presented my case. Her response to me was "how is this going to benefit me and my store?". Then refused to exchange my shoes. Customer service is terrible! The Pigeon Forge Shoe Department will always have my business even though they are four hours away."

"I came in with 3 of my grandkids last week. The sales person was so helpful and professional. We purchased 4 pairs of shoes. She definitely made our shoe shopping trip a sucess."

"I visited this store today. I'm 7 days post back surgery. I walked in looking rough, had a hard time getting around....but then Jacob came to help me. He was very nice, very kind, and very personable! He hunted down the shoes I was wanting, was very patient, and if that wasn't helpful enough, he even carried my bags out to my car to help me even more. I hope this company recognizes that he is a really great employee that went above and beyond for a customer that really needed the extra help."

"I'm actually not giving a bad review to the store, the store and staff were good but it's the product I bought that was bad. I bought a pair of boots from here for work, I haven't even had them for half a year and I'm already applying shoe glue all over the soles, the fabric inside where my heels are have worn out, and I already had to replace a lace on one of them. Again I'm not blaming the store, I just know what not to buy next time."
