"I was not offered my choice of points or a snack at check in. 2 weeks before I arrived, I spoke with the coordinator for the hotel and arranged for a suite for myself and family. Upon arrival, I was told there was no suite. The room has defective electrical outlets, cockroaches, and the cleaning crew left debris from previous residents behind the microwave. They supposedly sprayed when we showed them the picture of a cockroach, but afterward ants were still crawling around. I'm stuck here with no options to move. The staff is reactive to issues, not proactive in preventing them. And now the housekeeping staff is going around cleaning rooms at 8:20 AM. I WOULD TRY TO AVOID STAYING HERE IF I WERE YOU."

"Definitely not the nicest IHG. it was the on post hotel IHG picked up a few years back and renovated. It's not a bad hotel, just nothing fancy. They do have a nice pool and patio area. The nice part is it's on post so you don't have to fight gate traffic if you are TDY. They have the standard IHG breakfast items. The price is right anyway."

"Perfect spot, right on Fort Gordon! CLEAN room! NICE staff! GREAT breakfast! This was right inside the gate, gate 6, I believe, my son's barracks were just half a mile away. This is closest to the hospital. The Candlewood Suites is at the other end, about 2 miles away."
