"Came down from Wisconsin for a work trip, finally got in from flying all day tired and worn out, put in my info at the front desk and got the room key and everything went swimmingly. Walked up stairs to what looks like an outdated motel, opened the door and got into my room… first was the smell of stale cigarettes, then when I turned the lights on saw that everything was very dirty like no one bothered to clean up after the previous guests. And lastly the icing on the cake, found a couple of cockroaches… abysmal, disgusting, and for what was paid for five nights, extremely overpriced, will not and will never come back, will be having a good talk with the knob that booked this room for me…."

"We reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms were not very clean. Beds were lumpy. Bath towels were dingy and stained. Non-working smoke alarm in one room. We asked to cancel the 2nd night, but the manager refused. On the 2nd day, they gave one of our rooms to someone else without our knowledge because they thought we had checked out! (We had put our luggage in the car in hopes they would cancel our 2nd day). The manager's wife said someone wanted that specific room, so they got another one ready for us. Total lack of communication on their part."

"This place is horrible, the rooms are not at all what the pictures show they are!! They refuse to give me a refund even though I purchased through third party, the third party said it’s up to the hotel to provide me with a refund but the lady at the front desk could have cared less!!! The rooms are nasty, dirty, rusty, and moldy!!! My fiancé shouldn’t have to do your housekeepers job and clean our room as soon as we walk in the door!!! This is very unprofessional and observed!! They better hope we don’t get sick from this black mold because I will definitely be suing your company for your unsafe, very nasty, unsanitary rooms!!! I have a 5 year old and this is completely unacceptable!!!! Pics below!! These people are just pure nastiness!!!!"
