"Disappointing experience. Signs all say free installation of batteries on outside of store. $200.00 dollars later I was told she couldn't install the battery because it's dark outside despite the parking lot is lighted up like a Christmas tree. Took the battery home to realize terminals are on wrong side. After 2nd trip to store the guy working explained she gave me the wrong battery which if she would have tried to install we would have known. Install on this Kia is 3 bolts and about 10 minutes just as a reference. I recommend updating website, signs, and commercials to reflect your after dark policy or close at dark."

"Needed a jump to start my car so I headed to our local Advance Auto Parts late Saturday afternoon. Miss Sandra had been working all day yet she was both friendly and knowledgeable. She tested my dead battery, sold me a new one and installed it all very efficiently. She is a perfect example of a person doing their best at their job. I'll be back the next time I need something for my trusty 17 year old car. I sure hope Miss Sandra is there to wait on me."
