"DO NOT GET AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES DONE HERE. I got my tires done here, as a result my entire car was shaking and I couldn’t get another appointment here so I made one in Summerville. Made one for 8 am and waited three hours for a mechanic to come in and work on my car only for them to tell me my lug nut was missing and the west ashley one over tightened my lug nuts and now I have to go to a new auto shop to fix what they did. I leave for CT tomorrow and was hoping to spend time with family and friends before I left and now i’ve been sitting around in an auto shop for hours with no straight answer. Just incredibly disappointing and disheartening. It’s not worth it to go here."

"My tire lights on so I took my vehicle here as soon as the store opened. They looked at my vehicle and added air to each tire in time fashion. Donna was very friendly and informative. I appreciate her help! Thank you to the staff especially handling my vehicle before a storms arrival. You are all amazing."

"On two occasions now I’ve attempted to buy new tires and have them installed and balanced. The first time they said they couldn’t take the old tire off and told me to come back and get it, only for me to show up at THREE PM and be told that they were closed - I had to find a manager to let me get my old tire back. Tried again today, as was bluntly told they aren’t installing new tires today, and that I should come back tomorrow. Good idea, I’m sure it won’t be more of the same if I did that! The lower prices, to me, are not worth the headache of dealing with this circus."

"Great customer service!! The manager, Spencer, is so nice and helpful! I purchased a new set of Goodyear Reliant All Season tires and I am beyond happy with them. The previous tires were so loud that it almost feels like I am driving a brand new car. These tires are quiet and great!"
