"I normally do not write reviews. But this time I thought I should write something about Salam Pharmacy. I beg your pardon if my opinion does not meet your expectation. Several incidents happened to me there but I just let it go. This time (On July 18, 2022), I made a phone call from ...hospital at around 1:30 PM for (Two) patients emergency medicines with the intention of getting our medicine at the right time so that we do not need to double park and we can get our medicine right away apart from the line in the counter( They do not have parking available so you need to park outside and most of the time you have no other option but to double park). Someone from pharmacy named (Hoque) picked up the phone and received our prescription order.I told him that i would be there in half an hour and He(Hoque) said ok. At about 1 and half hour later when we got there(At the Pharmacy) , We found out only one patient's medicine was ready and we need to wait for other patient's medicine. I asked them why did they not make them (Other patient's medicine ) ready when i requested for both of them at the same time. Instead of being polite or being sorry (Hoque), told me in a rude voice , "You need to wait, another women joined him from behind "Wait in the car and come back after a while". Waiting in the car was not of a big issue but the way they responded to me was very very rude. And definitely which was very rude of them. They could have told me in a polite way. right? I was upset and made me feel insulted there because We as customer expect nice behavior from them. Anyway So i decided they did not deserve positive review from me at-least. I have been living in this area for about 2 decades. I still remember when they started their business on the crescent street, Initially they were very nice and welcoming towards customer. Nowadays, after being established , They think they are above all everything !! Another question, As they demand, Are they really "Equal opportunity Employer " ??????"
