"Always a problem here, even for online orders. It's always busy, almost no staff, whenever there is it's super slow. My prescription still isn't ready and it's been over a day and nobody in the pharmacy is answering. I ordered so many pedialytes and the bags don't even have handles anymore. Just ridiculous."
"This place has the worst pharmacy customer service. I was on the phone for one hour and 10 minute before someone picked up. Then they set the phone aside as they talked about everything. People in the store to what they did this week end. One big party but no service. All male voices and one women asking when the last time I saw you. It's now and1:32 minutes they have yet to say anything just keeping phone off the hook.. I got time today. Dispicable. Well they just hung up on me. Ratchet"
"Worst pharmacy. A quick wait time is 30 min, you’re lucky if you don’t have to wait longer or come back multiple times to have an order filled. Employee turnover is also very notable"
"Warning ⚠️ do not go. This by far the worst pharmacy. Waited in line for 60 minutes for a Rx. The pharmacy line is down the isles with one cashier at the register(s). The providers and patients called can not speak with anyone, because no one answered the phone. The best pharmacist Ms. Dashana the only one that cared left. No one cares at this pharmacy."
"The only other walgreens I've experienced waits this long have also been in working class communities of color. The wait times, communication failures, and mistakes due to chronic understaffing would not be tolerated in wealthier &/or whiter communities. This is exacerbated by the insurance industries expanded and predatory use of prior authorization for which this location is not adequately prepared. Healthcare is broken in this country...even when pharmacies function quickly. Perhaps it is time for the community to file a civil rights complaint for chronic understaffing of essential medical facilities in communities of color in NYC and this whole country. Racist, classist, infuriating corporate healthcare at its very worst."
