"This is one of the friendliest Pharmacies I have ever been in. I had to get my booster shot for, my wife, my Mom, and myself. There was no waiting and after they checked out our information ,we were taken care of right away. Doing these times, it is a blessing to have a good pharmacy close by. I have told all my family and most of my friends about Utica Express Pharmacy. They have all come back telling me how well everything went. If I ever need anything pharmaceutical, I would go back to my friends at Utica Express. It is just a nice place to be."

"0 stars! Went for a 10:30 a COVID testing appointment. In the 40+ minutes I waited outside, only 1 person went in for testing (maybe 15 people waiting). Nobody came outside to tell us what the case was, or give an estimated time. Poor service and would not recommend. Not to mention that myrx.io (the online platform used to book appointments) wouldn’t let me cancel my appointment because they don’t allow cancellations less than 6 hours before the appointment. I paid money for the appointment and now don’t even know if I can get it back. 0 stars!"

"I found Utica Express online while looking for a local place to get the vaccine. This place is conveniently in my neighborhood and the staff is very friendly. They gave me my choice of vaccine, asked me which arm I would like to administer it, informed me of any reactions I may have and it was over very quickly. I received both shots there and I have recommended them to friends. I will be taking my kids here in a few weeks for their Covid test so we can travel in August. Thanks again!"
