"I have to agree with many of the other reviews here regarding the pharmacy. The service is slow as well as mildly incompetent and/or uncaring. I made an appointment online a few days prior, then went there today, to get the Covid-19 vaccination. I was a couple of minutes early and one person was ahead of me on the line. Seemed pretty slow. When it was my turn, I told the woman I was there for a Covid-19 vaccination appointment. After asking me if I had an appointment (?), she asked for my CDC Covid-19 Vaccination record card, ID, and insurance card (all ready since I was told in the confirmation e-mail I needed them), then said I should sit down and wait while "they worked on it". Twenty minutes later (during this wait, the line grew from three people to about twelve) I was called and led into a little room off to the side with the sign "Patient Consultation" above the door. I noticed no ventilation system in this small room and the woman (pharmacist, I assume) wasn't wearing a mask, else I'd have complained about her leaving the door open. I was masked. She gave me the vaccination, said we were done and started to leave. I stopped her, asking for my cards. She had left them on the table, face down, so I didn't realize what they were. I figure she should have: * introduced herself * been masked, or at the very least the room should have been ventilated as per CDC guidelines * given me back my cards * told me that I should wait fifteen minutes before leaving (again, as per CDC guidelines) I will go somewhere else for vaccinations in the future."

"You can be literally dying and begging the pharmacist to fill a prescription to only be told…. “Can’t you see it’s 6pm, we close in 1 hours (mind you it shows 8pm at the door) and we can’t fill your script until the following day in the afternoon. This is a poor excuse of a pharmacy. You have better luck with the one across the street as they are much nicer and will try to fill your scrip in minutes."
