"I took my PS5 here after the HDMI port just suddenly stopped working. I called so many repair places, and even investigated having the repair done through Sony. All other options were unreasonably expensive, and many required shipping my console to another location. These guys did the job in a day's time, and at the least expensive rate. They were extremely friendly, communicated clearly what was going to be done, made me feel comfortable with their knowledge and professionalism, and overall did a fantastic job! "I brought in an iPhone 11 with cracked screen for screen replacement. Owner pretended he was giving me a deal of a % off but it was not making sense. I went forward with it, screen was ready in 30 min. Once I got home I realized the screen had high sensitivity, and now random people get called, my keyboard goes crazy, apps open up. I had to disable Face ID. The phone says the screen is not an apple genuine part. A week later I was going to go in to request a new screen or refund, the screen already cracked again. Will not be coming back to replace the screen, money well wasted"

"We brought an iPad 9th generation with a broken screen to get fixed. The first time it was fixed, we had to go back because the home button wasn’t working after they fixed the screen. We now have to go back because one of the sides was placed in a way that you can see the glue and the screen is sticking up. Extremely disappointed. The first time we went, we were told it’ll be ready in a couple of hours. However it took 2 days before they called us to pick it up. The second time we took it, we never got a call. We kept calling to see if it’s ready. The customer service is also very bad. The guy just doesn’t care."
