Paragon Acura Service

"This dealer is trash, I took my integra for an alert on my dash. I was told it was $3000 to fix and wasn't covered under my warranty. They allowed me to drive off knowing it was a sensor issue that was covered. They were just trying to make a quick buck instead of worrying about the safety of the driver. I had to drive my car like that for another week before i can get to another Acura dealer. I was told it was a senor and it was covered. I called the dealer and just like the sales associate, the manager is just as disgusting and never called me back. Thank god I didn't get into an accident or get stuck on the side of the road I would be seeing a lawyer. This dealer is a scam and i say the dealer starting with the sales advisor Zaheer Ud Din to the managers that don't have the decency to return my call. Never going back !!! Shoppers/ customers beware !!!!!"

"Awesome service station. Polite and professional staff. They offer a shuttle if you do not want to wait while your car is being serviced. You will appreciate them more if you have experienced other Acura service stations. Have coupons for B1/A1 service often. Sergio is an awesome advisor. I have great experience with them. Solid A if you need your Acura serviced."

"I recently had several issues with my vehicle. I was very overwhelmed but I have to say that my service provider Abdullah was exceptionally helpful! His communication, his professionalism and knowledge helped to ease my concerns. He made sure to keep me updated on the process each time I had to contact Paragon for my car troubles. The service department did a great job fixing the issues and with the last time I had to get my car back the driver Boris was prompt and excellent communication on returning my vehicle to me! Very nice overall experience! Thank you!!!!"

"I was told to hold on to check the status of my car and was hanged up on and when I tried calling back they wouldn't answer the phone. And they're keeping my car over night for a simple tire change! And can't tell me when it will get done, I will not be returning to this location. They also don't greet customers, everyone looks "not happy to be there". Also, they get annoyed with you if you call more than 1 time. But it's so easy for them to collect your cash tho, but the service isn't there."

"This place is absolutely a scam! I have visited it a few times and each time, the advisor told me that my car needed major repairs that would cost me between 1000 to 3000 dollars! However, when I went to another Acura service location, they told me that there was nothing wrong with my car that needed fixing. It is really unprofessional to lie and scam customers like this repeatedly. Moreover, the service provided by this place was terrible. After my maintenance was done, I noticed that my tire pressure was not right on my way home, which I found absurd! They are really slacking and not even checking my car properly. Their multi-point inspection is just a way to rip people off instead of properly inspecting the car. This was my last time visiting this place, and I seriously won't recommend it to anyone. If you are reading this review, please save your time and don't visit this place. If you don't believe me, read other reviews here."
