"Both telephone and personal service is very slow, all customers complain about this, managers should take action on the matter as this harms their company. Please talk to your employees, they do not follow up on the orders that we as customers make"
"25 mins wait on hold on phone, 45 minute for material to be handed at the location and overpriced. Worse than extech"
"This is the place to get everything building related. From safety equipment to materials they have it all. If you are looking for specialty products they are the best bet to have it in stock. The employees are also very knowledgeable and friendly."
"It looks like I’m not the only one that was disappointed about this please, Placed an order, paid for it! Salesperson told me I would have it in 3 days 15 days later they have a tracking number. It was a waterproofing product so at this time of the year every day is important before the winter hits terrible very disappointed!!"
"This place is a complete joke. We wasted 40 minutes there (and 1 hour getting back and forth). They charge you and take your order, then you get sent to the warehouse. Warehouse techs looked around clueless as if they just got hired, asking each other where to get our peel away paper. Nobody knows anything. So we went back to the register, but the guy who took our order stayed on the phone and continued ignoring us. The other ones at registers said they knew nothing about it. Another 8 or 9 employees kept walking around doing nothing (or eating breakfast), with no interest in sales or any other work. Since we couldn't afford to waste any more time, we requested a credit. Shocking how this store even stays in business."
