"Majority of the washers and dryers do not work which makes it hard for residents to do their laundry with out a lot of hassle. Theres not a day that goes by where I’m not struggling myself to find a washer on one of the three floors and while doing so elders find them selves telling me they go through this all the time. Im an Aid and it frustrating for me , so I can only imagine an older person with no help doing it alone. Other than that this is a pretty nice apartment building Id say. The floors are always clean, halls smell of cleaning products or food which is good. Staff is nice"
"I've heard great things about these apartments"
"I ultimately decided low income housing was not for me but my experience was a rewarding one and the apts and location are great. The assistant property Mgr is Russian not Hungarian and perhaps a little overworked but otherwise a conscientious worker. My advice would be consider whether low income housing is right for you first, if so this will be a great choice."
"I don't live here, but i have visited a friend who does. He's happy with it, and I can see it is modern, clean, well-lit, and apparently well-run. The location is great, with Dash's and Lexington Co-op in very easy walking distance, making it easy to do without a car for most needs."
"The Federal Fair Housing Act (“FHA”) makes it unlawful for a housing provider to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, and familial status. The “familial status” protections in the FHA prohibit discrimination against families that have children under the age of 18"
