"Something fishy is going on with the buildings at this location. The Trump Village buildings across the street were built in the same years, under the same Mitchell Lama, were subject to the same Hurricane Sandy and yet the maintenance there is 40% less than at Warbasse. The Trump Village buildings also have new elevators, new hallways, doorman, waxed floors; but our buildings with way higher maintenance have non-working old elevators, dingy old hallways and floors. It turns out that we have a huge $275 million mortgage, that the Trump Village does not have. What did they spend the $275 million on? Apparently, Italian Mafia staffers at the management office have squandered coop funds blind, and now we are paying for it."

He is not qualified for his job, as he doesn't even have a 4 year bachelor's degree. He SQUANDERED Coop funds for years causing 4 consecutive 7% maintenance increases. He indebted our coop with $275 Million BALLOON MORTGAGE. He hired his landsman friends to all the positions at Warbasse and also gave OVERPRICED CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS to his friens for KICKBACKS. He aranged, for BRIBES, apartment transfers to unrelated parties under succession. He collected BRIBES for moving people up the parking list. Our auditor is Joseph Giannasco who just last year told us that we have a surplus and large reserve fund, but now we are broke. Our treasurer is Anthony Ciaramella. He is a part of the SQUANDERING conspiracy. Our plumber is Joseph Critelli. He destroyed our apartments by unnecessary dual temperature pipe replacement project. This contract puts our coop in the poor house. Our maintenence director is Joseph Loscalzo. He is well known for not fixing anything. Our Power Plant Engineer is Vincent Dimperio and his assistant chief is Frank Gianmarino. They burn focil fuel oil and gas in our backyard near the children's playgrounds producing dangerous carbon CARBON DIOXIDE POLUTION. We end up breathing poluted air. They collect $1.5 Million in payroll salaries at the Power Plant. We are not paying for power, we are paying for their exorbitant salaries instead. They can connect to the public utility Con Edison instead, with government regulated energy rates. Our landscaping contractor is Dragonetti Bros. They pled GUILTY TO FRAUD last year. They receive $2Million to move the loan. ETC, etc, etc. These individuals collect EXORBITANT SALARIES which they refuse to disclose. We end up paying for this by HUGE MAINTENANCE INCREASES. They are well known for HARRASMENT OF TENANTS. Tell your Board Members to GIVE THEM A BOOT."

"There is a housing cooperative in Brooklyn called the Amalgamated Warbasse Houses, located at 2400-2498 Ocean Parkway in the Coney Island neighborhood. It was built in the 1960s and consists of several high-rise buildings with over 1,000 apartment units. The complex is managed by a cooperative board of directors and offers a variety of amenities and services to its residents, including a swimming pool, laundry facilities, and on-site parking."

"Barely bearable living conditions: in winter the central heating unit is not effective enough to keep the room warm, in summer it is good enough to cool the room so that I don't sweat no more, but is vibrates and buzzes all the time + the nearby facility which streams this cool air to all the Warbasse buidings is loud as hell too which prevents me from sleeping properly at nights without earplugs and builds up my anxiety.
