"I've lived at The Clark for nearly a year, while the building is new and beautiful there are some things to be cautious about. Management seems to disappear after you sign the lease and the alarmingly high cost of heating. We are only two people in the apartment and I am out of town frequently for work yet the heating charges were close to $500! When I reached out for an explanation there was no response. Needles to say I am moving to another building not managed by Lisa Management... another thing to beware of is if you move outside of the hours of 8-4 or on a weekend expect to be charged upwards of $250 dollars for use of an elevator so be prepared to sacrifice time off from work or pay this ridiculous fee."
