"The service here is 2nd to none. Yesterday, I emailed about my sink having a leak at 2:13PM it was fixed by 3:00PM. Same thing when my AC wasn't working fixed immediately. Everyone is helpful and kind. I really enjoy lving here. The building is well maintained."

"Chaotic, badly managed. I emailed the leasing agent, Xavier, well in advance, for a Saturday afternoon appointment. He said he was closing the office early that afternoon, and that I could only come in the morning. He flaked. A no-show. He had my contact info (obvs), so he could have contacted me or even the building doorman to tell me he was running late or flaking. Horrible. The Universe probably did me a favor, because the surrounding area and lobby looked dirty, anyway."

"The front desk staff are amazing. Building is nice and clean. But the build quality of the unit is terrible and management doesn’t seem to care either. I’m the first tenant in this new apartment and have had my dishwasher disconnect, no hot water for 14 hours, toilet bowl leak, and stovetop electrical issues. I feel like the builders really rushed the building and installations and management doesn’t have fast way to resolve these issues."

Not only the distribution of the apartment but also the amenities it has. the views are impressive and the meeting and celebration rooms are simply majestic. The pool area has all the equipment to spend a pleasant time with friends or family. without a doubt, I could live there."
