"Living here has been hell. My bedroom regularly floods with sewage from a leaky pipe on a weekly basis. I need to mop it and soak it up with my own towels to prevent any damage to my stuff. The problem has lasted for MONTHS. They keep telling me they're working on it but no one has ever come to actually work on anything. It's a wall with a pipe and water coming out. What's so complicated about that? Just send a plumber! This place is also infested with rats. We regularly hear rats loudly scurrying through the floor/ceiling of our duplex in the middle of the night and have lost a lot of sleep over it. Absolutely disgusting living condition."
